Participants on this course will learn building thermal performance theory that underpins NatHERS and demonstrate proficiency in extracting information from a range of sample client jobs. Upon successful completion of this course and NatHERS Regulations, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for 4 units from the Certificate 4 of NatHERS Assessment (CPP41212):
- CPPHSA4014A - Meet regulatory requirements when completing NatHERS assessments
- CPPCMN4008A - Read and extract information from plans, drawings and specifications for residential buildings
- CPPHSA4016A - Advise on options for enhancing thermal performance of residential buildings
- CPPHSA4011A - Collect information to support NatHERS assessment
The course is ideal for new entrants to the profession.
Course assessment includes assignment work.
It is recommended that new entrants complete this course before they undertake NatHERS Software training.
Participants who wish to complete this course online will be required to attend weekly virtual classroom sessions over an 8 week period.
